TEAMS ROUTES
Paths aimed at supporting change in teams, towards greater awareness and responsibility in the action of effective behaviors to comply with the new needs of the context they belong to.
Starting from the strategic and result objectives, the work focuses on the identification and implementation of behaviors that enable the achievement of what is desired. Focusing on one's behavioral strategies and developing new forms of competence supports performance and activates the engagement of people who find in the group a preferential place for exchanging and learning new ways of acting.
