We+Network uses the Awareness Dashboard to conduct the initial exploration of the coachee's situation and promote progressive awareness.

Conceived as a corporate dashboard, the Awareness Dashboard is a scheme designed to obtain a dynamic view of the main variables that impact the organizational effectiveness of the coachee.

It represents a tool designed to help the coachee focus on the most functional and sustainable change decisions at the moment. Its use allows us to reflect systematically on the different dimensions that influence the action of an individual within an organization.
