The courses are divided into individual sessions of 2-3 hours approximately every three weeks over a period of 4-10 months. We+Network uses the Awareness Dashboard to conduct the initial exploration of the coachee's situation and promote progressive awareness.
Conceived as a corporate dashboard, the Awareness Dashboard is a scheme designed to obtain a dynamic view of the main variables that impact the organizational effectiveness of the coachee.
