It is a leadership development path based on awareness of one's impact on relationships and on the amplification of one's effectiveness as a guide to personal and organizational growth and development.
Dedicated to managers who want to develop COACHING ORIENTED leadership, it is implemented through a dynamic process of cooperative learning in a "laboratory" formula, to increase effectiveness in managing interpersonal relationships and innovate one's style of managing collaborators.
WHAT IS IT ABOUT
It is a highly interactive program that encourages participants to reflect on their own leadership style and on the relational challenges that arise in the interaction with the multiple stakeholders active in the action of their role within the organization.
The learning focus of the path is constituted by the generative relationship which is proposed as a fundamental lever for effectiveness in actions to support the development of one's collaborators but also for the construction of a 360° dialogue with one's interlocutors. To enable intuitions and innovation in the search for complex operational solutions and ensuring inclusion of diversity of approach and contribution in a team.
The laboratory formula allows constant activity, strong personal work, the development of collective know-how through the exchange of experiences and approaches of the whole group, alternating moments of in-depth study of skills, of the people management process, of techniques and effective tools for leading work groups.
Participants are guided in experimenting with feedback and development conversations based on the use of the GROW method for generative conversations and supported in reflecting on their own effectiveness in terms of impact and support towards their collaborators in achieving growth objectives.
The multilayer approach, typical of Weplusnetwork solutions, is also realized in this high-impact intervention proposal which involves the alternation of group moments and moments of individual reflection guided in mentoring sessions to which moments of peer coaching in triads are added to promote a nourishing comparison between different styles and approaches of the participants for the exchange of good practices and effective solutions.
